    We were required to buy this book in college as part of the Health and Exercise Science department requirement. At the time I thought the price was a little steep but when you look at the information in the book you realize that it is “one of those books you will use forever”. I have the 8th edition so I do not know what has been updated but I do see that it was first published in 1951.. It covers 26 sports/activities. It is worth the investment, especially when you need to know the exact dimensions of a tennis court….
