Teaching in schools has become the most liked profession by girls now-a-days. The teaching profession already has the status of respect and honour .The biggest attraction is the working hours which helps females to conserve a balance between the work and the home. Before nominating the teachers,they are very aware and consider only the developed candidates
Moreover as the teachers’ job involves handling the students who are dwell units, so they should be well developed and must be well experienced with child psychology ,instructive methods like playway, instructing aids ,computer helped instructing,across-the-board evaluation etc. Anything which does not support the fundamentals of teaching is if practised by the teacher can convey a sorry name to the school, so a well trained teacher is the requirement of all acceptable schools. If anybody is consenting to make a career in teaching can abide the nursery teacher training or nursery first-string teacher training rendered by individual govt and secret institutes. Some good institutes in Delhi like DIET,indoss polytechnia etc. render much training. A graduate with more than 50% marks can do B.ed from any ugc O.K. university. Teacher training courses can be of duration one or two years. But this is for bound that once a person has abode the teacher training progamme ,he /she will not be little of employment.This is a zero unemployment profession
