I just received this book so I haven’t used it with my students yet, but just leafing through it I was disappointed. There wasn’t as much to it as I’d expected. It looks like a useful workbook, but I have found similar at teaching tools stores for half the price.

I have been teaching a remedial English class dedicated to helping students pass our state writing test for high school graduation. The handouts and worksheets from this book have been very helpful in raising my students’ abilities.
